A visual identity and a website for a premium real estate agency

Project overview

Immolab had an obsolete graphic identity and was no longer representative of the values and message they wanted to convey to their clients.

Our goal was to send a trendy and premium real estate agency image. We then created a clean and modern graphic identity including a graphic guidelines to assist the client through its communication, especially on social networks.

Using Webflow's content management system, the client can easily add new properties independently.

Graphic identity

Colors

The main role of the colors of the graphic identity of this project is to suggest the premium quality of the properties displayed. The shades are sober and neutral, which has the advantage of not distorting the content of the website.

Typography

Used for titles in its semibold and uppercase variant, this font is designed to send a modern agency message. The typography has been modified by increasing the spacing to accentuate the message.

Its regular lowercase variant is used for paragraphs. It contributes to the good readability of the content.
